Craft or Blog Everyday In June - Day 25

Hi Guys,

So nice to see you again, 5 more days to go and the challenge will have been complete

So Kairen set today's theme of:

Day 25: Tell us about something you’re struggling with OR Craft something to give to an Auntie

Well I think for me it has been pretty evident on a few posts now, that I feel I really struggle with my colouring I do think I am okay at it but would love to improve this a lot more. If anyone wants to come to my house and show me how that would be great - I will even bake cupcakes lol.

I do find it hard to get the colour matches okay, the shading, the blending when I think it looks okay I realise that I have missed a section, or when I go back to it maybe an hour later, it dawns on me that it maybe isn't as good as it looked.

I guess it is the same saying as school - Practise makes perfect.

So a nice quick short post for me today.

I have decided as well that  I will also do a little give away -  3 separate winners -
Prize 1 - £10 Bee Crafty Gift Voucher
Prize 2 - £5 Craft Magazine - winner to choose
Prize 3 - Lili of the valley stamp to the value of £4.75
The only rules to be eligible are:
1. Follow my blog
2. Comment a minimum of 20 days out of the 30
This is not a rule but I would also love for you to follow me on Facebook - if you do follow me, let me  know in the comments and this will give you an additional entry.
Unfortunately due to postal charges these days this give away is only open to UK friends. (I will look into how I can do a give away for my international friends and try and do something in a few months time)

Hi Kelly

Like yourself, i struggle with colours. Another area I sometime have is inspiration. But we all want to do our best and are very critical of ourselves. Your colours always look good to me.

Practice definitely makes perfect, Kelly! Trying to perfect colouring myself, but it is really difficult. Getting the shading right, and blending, so many colours to remember too! You'll be a pro in no time! Hugs Mel xxx
