Good Morning Guys,
Nice to see you all back again today.
Well it is day 8 and I am still here. I think I am
getting pretty good at this!
Todays theme is:
Day 8: If you
had to be a colour what colour would you be and why OR Craft something in
monochrome
Well for me that is easy and I bet some
of my regulars already have a good idea what the answer is going to be!
That is it you have got it!
PINK
How could it not be! how could my
answer not be pink considering that is my favourite colour of all time!
So why would I be PINK:
It appears to be soft-spoken, but with pure and
genuine characteristics.
I think this is me all over, I don't like confrontation
at all, I had using loud voices and much prefer people speaking in a nice
relaxing calm voice to me, you will always get more out of me by speaking like
that then you would shouting at me.
I believe I have genuine characteristics as well, I
have strong believes that you should respect people the same way that you would
want to be respected, family is the most important thing in the world, and
friendship is the key to happiness!
I would also pick the colour pink because it has so
many different shades to it, it can be soft when it needs to be and loud and
bold when it has to be! This is so me, even though I don't like confrontation
if someone does something to me or my family I will stand up and make sure that
I get heard!
Pink is also versatile, can be used for many
occasions, and gets on well with many other colours, again I think this is me,
if my family or friends needs me whatever the occasion/matter/problem is I will
be there! I can get on with many different types of people regardless of who
they are!
So that is why I would choose the colour
pink.
Now the other part of the theme that I could have
picked was monochrome! I don't have something new for you but I thought that I
would share with you a card that I made that is using the colour pink but is
also monochrome - now monochrome people shy away from they think it has to be
browns or black and white - nope I interoperate that as only using two colours
, so pink and white, blue and white, black and white, purple and lilac,
and whatever other combination you can think up.
There you go some pictures for
you as well..
Thank you for joining me again
today.

Hi Kelly
Of course it's pink. My favourite colour is Lilac, again as you said you can have different shades, so depending on mood, whether it is light to dark.
Irene
