One of the Boy's

Good Morning Everyone, 

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Eclectic Ellapu

Now don't forget we have mixed things up a bit, to give the DT chance to get around everyone blogs and leave comments we have extended to every three weeks, but with two different challenges running at the same time. You can enter both challenges and have the chance to win in both. 

I am part of the Pink Team and the Pink theme is "One of the boys" our Purple team have gone for "Easter"

So on to today's card. 

I created a 8x8 card matted and layered it with Red and Black card.

For the main layer of the card I created a "football" look to it, I took the idea of my very talented friend Donna and I hope I have done her idea justice.  I finished each hexagon of with faux stitching, black on the white and white on the black, I really hope that it adds enough detail to the card.

I finished the card with a Lili of the valley stamp and coloured it in with Graph' It Markers, and as my Cricut Machine was feeling a bit jealous I decided he could help cut my letters for me to create the "Happy Birthday"
