Good Morning Everyone
Today is a new challenge starting over at The Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog.
Again this weeks theme is "Anything Goes" and our sponsor is the generous Rick St Dennis
I went with the Christmas theme, as Christmas in July is big at the moment, unfortunately time ran away from me and I haven't been able to create as many Christmas projects as I would have liked.
I printed the image of using my laser printer, if you don't have a laser printer I have been told you can set the image with hairspray before colouring with alcohol markers. I used a selection of promarkers to colour her in. I hate using the reds I can never blend them out, but this combination seems to have worked well.
To give the frame I cut the largest die from the Opulent Ovals set from Spellbinders this has got to be one of my favourite sets that I have.
I cut the poinsettia and swirls out using my cricut and layered the flower up to give extra dimension.
I added distress ink around the frame, red liquid pearls, red bow and a sentiment that was again cut out using the opulent oval set.
The image is Isabella from Rick St Dennis.
I am entering this into the following challenges:-
